The entire Dollar Bank Three Rivers Martial arts Festival has seen some ominous weather in its 56 years, devices year's fest started Friday faithful to form.
"It was a short-enough shower that people hid a little bit and sprang right back in a little bit. It has to rain fall at some point. You're bound to get something. Clearly there was no wind today. It can read pretty windy if it storms a rotten thing to do, " said Dave Clevenger, forty six, of Lafayette, Ind., who results in wood puzzles, and an martial arts styles fest veteran, who had his outdoor tents in Point State Park.
The entire storm brought about a quarter inch at rain to a gauge on the localised North Shore, according to the National Cold Service, but up to an inches to an inch-and-a-half in Fayette but also Westmoreland counties.
Rain is predicted for seven of the festival's week, there could be rough sailing ahead.

Knott said even though this is his extremely first year at Three Rivers, hooking up shop at summer festivals through East Coast — including any at Virginia Beach where 70 vendors' tents blew away — has taught him the importance of a good all round structure.
Although early June is often "a gamble in terms of isolated thunderstorms, " pushing festival dates back inside July or August would come by means of another set of challenges, Darnley dietary fad. Temperatures creeping into the 90s could well deter attendees as much as a bad shower, he said.
